I have over 8 years of experience in the recruitment scene. During this time, I have helped more than 100 senior individuals in their career paths and I continue to coach individuals in discovering their transferable skillsets and finding self-confidence. My professional role requires me to be comfortable in conversing with people of all nationalities and culture, allowing me to learn much in the process as well.
Outside of suit and tie, I work with a significant number of youths and young adults due to my active involvement in church. I mostly wear a dual-hat of a mentor and a coach to young people who are looking to work on different aspects of their lives, including relationships, character development, habits, and everything in between!
I coach individuals at different stages of life, and through my highly logical thought process, bring any self-contradiction to the fore. Using a more light-hearted approach, clients tend to feel at ease even when looking at bigger challenges.
Working with people has always been my passion and my joy. My early career gave me opportunities to run corporate team-buildings for internal and external clients alike, which to my surprise, was something I am very comfortable in.
I am also actively involved in the leading of overseas community trips as well. These experiences have afforded me precious learning points in communicating through language limitations, navigating differences in expectations, and of course, coming to the realization that there are many other important aspects of life that we often neglect.
Light-hearted, direct and open communication
I believe the best version of ourselves is usually found when we start to explore areas that makes us look at something bigger than ourselves.
