Professional Background
Senior Human Resources Professional based in Singapore with global HR experience in business partnering, mergers and acquisition, organizational effectiveness, performance management, culture transformation and strategic HR formulation and execution. I was the Global HR lead for Standard Chartered Bank’s divestment of their Principal Finance business via a Management Buy Out (MBO) This was a hugely complex deal which won Private Equity International’s 2018 award for Secondaries Deal of the year in Asia.
I was also the Global HR lead for the sale of the Real estate business of the bank. My work experience spans the Financial Services Industry (both as Country Head of HR and Global HR Business Partner /Global Head HR) and the Manufacturing Industry (Food and Beverage and Chemical and Allied products).
Some of my key HR roles include: Country Head of HR – Citibank Nigeria Ltd Country Head of HR – Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Ltd Global HR Business Partner / Head of HR (Corporate Finance, Principal Finance and Chief Operating Officers) – based in Singapore – Standard Chartered Bank. I have a strong track record of enhancing business performance through People supported by a first degree in accounting, an executive MBA and strong finance work experience as a chartered accountant.

Personal Background
I am a dual citizen of both Jamaica and Nigeria and spent some of the early part of my years in the UK. I have been living in Singapore for the past 4 years and I am enjoying the experience. I am blessed to have a supportive family with super fans in my children ages 21, 19 and 8. Travel is my all time favourite thing to do.
It encapsulates rest, recreation, rejuvenation, learning and giving back. I have visited 48 countries so far, and like my fellow explorers, I had the pause button pressed in March 2020. I look forward to travelling and exploring again. So far, I have coached people based in Singapore, Bangladesh, Indonesia, UK, Nigeria and Turkey across a range of situations that they have faced.
