Plays to achieve: pioneered the “mobile recruitment bus” and introduced childcare benefits as employee retention program – a first in SG in a manufacturing company; instituted a change from seniority based to meritocracy rewards management within a heavily unionized workforce in a stockbroking company; pioneered full spectrum of human resource functions from scratch, several times, in retail and stocking companies with workforces over 250 employees; pioneered training, performance and analytics information system, for all APAC, for a large MNC high tech company.
