Audrey has over 10 years of experience in Operations Management across various industries, countries and business functions such as Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Services and now, Social Media Space.

Throughout her career journey, Audrey had performed multiple roles from being an individual contributor to managing teams. She has strong senior management support experience involving strategic planning, change management and had led various high impact projects which one was establishing a team of 20 operations managers in China. Her passion of coaching was uncovered during this assignment in supporting the team discover their strengths and building confidence in overcoming their challenges.

Being a born and bred Singaporean, Audrey was fortunate to have rich global experience in the companies she worked for and had an enriching opportunity to work in Sydney, Australia for close to 5 years.

Coaching energizes Audrey and she is known for her ability to discover peoples’ strengths and empowers them to uncover their potentials. High adaptability to align to clients’ coaching needs and dedicated throughout the coaching journey.

Audrey loves to experience life, culture, and creativity where she used to do some voluntary graphic design work for the companies she worked for. While on holidays, she enjoys most on road trips to country sides, hiking and cycling to be close to the nature. A fun fact about Audrey is she is passionate about singing karaoke and had a record of non-stop singing for 6 hours during her younger days!

On the other side of life, Audrey had experienced several crossroads throughout the years but had made breakthroughs by creating a change journey. She believes life lessons are worthwhile investments made to discover the next path to take.
