Specialty & Expertise

Adrian’s clients bring up words, such as inspiring, enthusiastic and of a genuine spirit, which is contagious. Real results come out of the Small Group Coaching, which some people call life-enhancing or even life-changing.

As a highly result-oriented person, Adrian helps people stay on track with their commitments, even when times are hard. He is not shy to hold up a mirror for himself as well as for others, to constantly improve in business and as a human being.

Personal Background

Adrian is a Swiss national with a Swiss mother and a German father (Polish ancestors, hence the family name). Driven by a strong desire to travel and live abroad, after having explored California as a teenager, Adrian always saw himself as a global citizen. His wife of 16 years is Javanese and runs her own business in flower design. They have two sons, both born in Singapore, one of them is studying in Germany (full circle…), the other one still in school in Singapore.

He deeply cares about the development and education for children in need and supports social projects related to this in Bali and Cambodia, aiming to intensify his engagement with these.

Personal philosophy

There is so much unused potential in every person, it is up to me to help them to bring it out – and I love doing this. If you can think it, you can do it! Results count, but so does the journey! Love what you do, if you don’t love what you do, change what you do!
