Introduction
This was a larger-sized project won through a tender. CCI was engaged to roll out 3 cohorts of leadership coaching. 70 leaders ranging from the CEO to heads of departments and team heads underwent private leadership coaching, as well as team coaching sessions.
Objectives
The study focuses on achieving the following outcomes,
To empower the leaders with greater self-awareness and determination.
To reinforce leadership learning and self-led change and authenticity.
The Intervention
CCI structured a series of 3 team coaching sessions that was spaced 3 months apart.
In the first team coaching session, the team was briefed on the purpose of the engagement, and then put together to work on their leadership vision.
In the second and third team coaching session, leaders took turns to share the progress of their coaching goal, and proceeded to coach each other using a CCI coaching framework.
They then rounded off each session sharing insights and turning those into actionable plans.
Outcomes
The format fulfils the CCI’s objective of leader-led learning, self-led change that leveraged organization’s expertise in coaching.

Learned to create safe psychological space for their peers
Learned to bring up personal leadership challenges
