Lyn has been coaching since 2016 and attained certification by the ICF in 2018. Passionate about organization learning and development, in particular around change and transformation, she specialises in leadership development, team engagement, communication, emotional intelligence and workplace relationships.
Lyn uses a ‘systemic’ approach in her work that recognises that every individual, team and organisation is a system, and works with them to better engage, align and integrate all parts of the system and tap into the collective wisdom to achieve strategic objectives. As such, be it coaching, training or facilitation work, she uses a facilitative and collaborative approach, holding space for a safe environment where clients can share courageously and openly as they explore collectively to co-create the future they envision. Lyn is known to bring creativity and engagement into her interactions with individuals and teams.
