Lin Tan has been coaching since 2004, and is 1 of 8 Master Certified Coaches (ICF) in Singapore and 1 of 1000 in the world. She brings over 4,000 hours of coaching experience into her work with organizations and individuals. Lin specializes in leadership coaching and training coaches. She serves on the leadership committee of ICF Singapore, overseeing the Credentialing arm. As a finalist for the ICF’s ‘Young Leaders Award’ 2018, she is recognized as being in the top 11 around the world for her successful efforts in progressing the coaching industry internationally.
A registered mentor coach with the ICF, Lin has trained hundreds of individuals in coaching skill sets since 2005. She has personally mentored more than 30 coaches in attaining their international coach credentials.
With over 10 years of designing coach training curriculum and training coach faculties, she is the Director of Training with Collective Change Institute.
Lin is a registered mentor coach with the ICF. She has trained over 280 individuals in coaching skill sets and founded Collective Change Institute, one of Asia’s leading coach-training organization that offers ICF-approved coach-training. Lin is certified as a ‘Reiss Motivation Profile Master’, and a ‘Coaching with Return-On-Investment’ practitioner.
Lin’s work has been recognised by local media such as Channel News Asia, Channel 8, 938 Live, Simply Her, LianHe ZaoBao and herworld.com. She has co-authored 2 books, 1 of which became a Kinokuniya Best-Seller.

Lin came from a management background and has driven teams through several growth cycles, from startup stage to SME scale. An entrepreneur since 19, she believes coaching is a passion and not a full-time job. Today, she is involved in several projects all involving personal and professional development.
Lin holds a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing (Double Major) from Murdoch University.
