Eugene has been coaching since 2015 and attained certification by the ICF in 2016. With his background in business, Eugene’s expertise lies in business and career coaching, helping clients spearhead change in both professional and personal goals such as finding a job, transiting in their career, gaining confidence, getting promoted, managing teams, managing performance, improving sales, and finding clarity and direction in life.
Aside from work and coaching, he volunteers his time at a leadership organisation and runs a community resource network touching on topics from relationships to financial management. Eugene is also an active member at Toastmasters International and he is currently a mentor for public speaking.

Eugene has over 10 years of experience in the space of digital strategy and marketing. He has co-founded several tech start-ups and has led and regional teams in business development, sales and marketing. He is currently an accounts director at a digital consultancy, heading the practice group of digital strategy, business process automation, system usability and digital transformation.
Some of the clients he has worked as the principal consultant include NEC, Sime Darby, National University of Singapore, National Environment Agency, MINDEF, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health, etc. Eugene is also the digital strategy advisor to NUS Global Alumni Network, Singapore Book Publishers’ Association and Franchising & Licensing Association.
He graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a 1st class honours in Business. He is also an Isaac Manessah Scholar.
