Emma has 19 years of combined experience developing key clients in advertising,
marketing and HR consulting.
Since 2010, Emma has been serving the Human Capital industry. In her last held position as
Director with Mercuri Urval, a global management-consulting firm, she worked with numerous senior leaders across industries, focusing on leadership skills development for greater organizational results.
Prior to that, she was educated in France, with a master in Law, she moved to Japan
after graduation and worked her way up in the Advertising industry, both in Japanese
and International agencies. She was also the representative of Carre Noir, a renowned
Design Agency and developed clients in Japan. In 2007 she moved to Singapore as a
Regional Account Director for Publicis Group, one of the top 3 communication groups
to oversee global accounts and increase business development for the agency.
