PROGRAM OVERVIEW

CCI’s Advanced Coach Development (ACD) Program is for coaches who wish to progress to the ICF PCC level or take their coaching to the next level. The ACD Program features a self-paced modular pathway consisting of 5 exciting topical modules and a PCC Certification Track to support you towards your PCC credentials.

The ACD modules are designed to:

  • bring your coaching to the ICF PCC coaching standard
  • bring learning beyond coaching theory through life-related frameworks
  • cater to life, workplace, career, executive, internal coaches
  • catalyze your self-discovery, awareness and innerwork

PROGRAM PATHWAYS

Consisting of 5 distinct topical modules and a PCC Certification Track, the ACD program allows you the flexibility to design your own learning pathway. The program provides up to 90 ICF-approved training hours or Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours. You can go for a-la-carte options or bundle them depending on your learning and credentialing needs.

Below are some common pathways on how ACD can support your credentialing and renewal needs:

Apply for your PCC with CCI (ACTP Pathway)

If you have completed CCI’s professional coach development program (60 hours of ICF-approved coach training), you can work towards your PCC by taking any 4 ACD modules and PCC Certification Track.

Your PCC assessment will be by CCI. Upon passing this assessment, you bypass the need to be evaluated by ICF for your PCC application.

Apply for your PCC with ICF (ACSTH Pathway)

If you have taken your prior coach training outside of CCI, you can work towards your PCC by taking at least 2 ACD modules and/or PCC Certification Track to accumulate the training requirements for PCC (i.e. least 125 training hours and 10 mentoring hours)

Your PCC assessment will be submitted to and evaluated by ICF.

Get CCEUs for your ACC / PCC Renewal

ICF maintains high standards for professional coaches worldwide, and requires that ICF Credentials be renewed every three years.

ICF requires participation in at least 40 hours of Continuing Coach Education (CCE) for your renewal. Take any number of ACD modules and/or PCC Certification Track to achieve the CCEs required for your renewal.

2. MENTOR COACHES

Throughout your coach training journey, you will be assigned a mentor coach who will work with you on your personal growth and change, to facilitate your transformation into an effective coach.

Our Value Proposition

CCI’s professional coach development program supports your personal growth and development in coaching with a multi-layered faculty.

GET TRAINED BY A MASTER CERTIFIED COACH (MCC)

CCI’s professional coach development program is personally led by our Master Certified Coach (MCC) Lin Tan, who has been training coaches since 2006. MCCs represent the top 3% of credentialed coaches world-wide, with only 10 in Singapore as of 2021.

HIGHLY EXPERIENCED FACULTY

CCI’s faculty of lead trainers and mentor coaches have been training since 2006 and have served hundreds of delighted clients and students across all business sectors, across the region. To date, we have delivered more than 10,000 hours of life and executive coaching, and trained more than 350 coaches from around the world.

EXCLUSIVE COACHING OPPORTUNITIES

In order to get certified by ICF as a Professional Certified Coach, an individual has to clock 500 hours of coaching experience, which often is the the most common stumbling block to certification. CCI is one of the only organisations to provide a client body- so that our coaches can find clients and clock the hours for completion.

OPPORTUNITIES AFTER GRADUATION

Your coaching journey doesn’t just end at graduation. For many of our students, they walk away with a community and support network of coaches. We offer students various opportunities including:

(I)Joining as a faculty understudy
(II)Joining our professional coach panel
(III)Participating in community of practice
(IV)Joining our alumni community events

ACD challenges who I already am as a coach and as a person. It was an intensive journey and yet satisfying. It was deeply introspective, and yet liberating. It had help me to open up new avenues in my coaching approaches and lifted my overall experience when interacting with people as well.

Thank you to all faculty members who had used their expertise and their unique deliveries to challenge us to the next level of coaching! This is worth it!”

My decision to continue my learning as a professional coach with CCI taking part in the Advanced Coach Development Program was one my best decision for many reasons. Firstly, I have gained so much new insight about myself both as a person and as a coach. Secondly, the depth of the materials and advanced learning approaches, many interactions both F2F and Online with a smaller group of coaches on the path to our PCC, all with same intent, supported by best in class trainers, mentors and supervisors.

The ACD programs has not only helped me grow as a person, and at same time advanced me to a new level as a professional coach, is simply invaluable and has open many new doors that I would never have thought possible. Thank you CCI ACD Team!

PCD built in me the discipline of listening, ACD built in me the discipline of the ICF Core Competencies.
PCD taught me to ask effective questions, ACD taught me to ask effective and efficient questions.
PCD enabled me to hear and see the emotions, ACD enabled me to hear and see the unsaid.
PCD brought me to life coaching, ACD brought me to coach beyond life.
PCD made me a good coach, ACD made me a much better coach.

I had a great weekend! The Coaches were lovely. The best 2 days I’ve spent in a long time. One thing that I learnt was all the insights that I took away about Coaching, and that its easy to touch somebody’s life by just paying a bit more attention, and listening, and being there for them.
