Joe believes that constant self-discovery and rewriting our beliefs is the best way to expand and grow ourselves. As a coach, Joe believes in providing an empowering space to hear the unsaid and unleash the true potential of the client within.

Joe is presently a regional Strategy & Operations Lead at Google, charting business strategies and driving business operations for Google’s top Data & Tech partners in APAC. With a diverse set of professional experiences previously in technology for investment banking, start-ups and marketing, Joe is a champion in leveraging technology and analytics to empower businesses with strategic decisions.

Since Joe started his coaching journey in 2019 with CCI, Joe has coached many young graduates to go deeper into self-discovery and unlock their inner potential for their career. Joe has also worked with entrepreneurs and mid-level managers gained deeper insight into themselves and people relationships, thus getting breakthroughs in their business results. One of his recent client is the deputy CFO for a regional bank. After working the client for 5 sessions over a 3 months period, Joe was able to help the client expand her awareness on how she interacts with people and discover how some behavioural patterns are impacting her work.

Joe first benefited from life coaching when he was in college. With the help of his coach, he was able to discover new perspectives and cultivate new mindsets that helped him to break through his limitations and land in a powerful career trajectory. This shaped his beliefs that everyone has the power within to achieve what we want. It fulfils him to help others find that power within through coaching.

Joe graduated from National University of Singapore with a double degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, and Economics.

As a coach, I am neutral and approachable. With an ability to hear the unsaid, I am the most effective in helping people who want to breakthrough in business, relationships and self discovery.
