Abdul Wahid has extensive cross-border experiences in leading the Learning & Organization Development initiatives to meet the business case for the organization he worked with. As a Facilitator, he has conducted numerous workshops locally, in Asia Pacific, Americas & Europe in the areas of Leadership, Team Development, Change Management, Process Improvement and Capability Skills.
Some of his key achievements in the Learning & Development domain were the attainment of People Developer Standard (PDS) and Approved Training Organization (ATO) status from Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
He is passionate in providing 1-to-1 coaching and facilitating 360 degree assessments for individuals to understand themselves better and work through key challenges within the organization.
Abdul Wahid received his education in Manufacturing Engineering, Human Resource Development and Psychology. With his depth of organizational experiences for more than 20 years, he has learnt that one thing still remains the same – that is the passion for giving his best to facilitate the environment and conditions for individuals/teams to be better tomorrow than who they were yesterday. For this very reason, he is drawn towards people, engaging with others and helping them experience success.
