Believer of people’s internal resources, it is a privilege for Sylvie to be a part in her clients’ transformation, to see them stand tall and grow. Her main goal is to empower her client to find their personal way
Background
Sylvie has more than 500 coaching hours, with the majority of her experience coaching workplace and career development. In 2021 she obtained certification as a Team Coach and coaches teams to increase performance and efficiency.
Sylvie is based in Europe but coaches globally, over video-conferencing where clients are based overseas. Having lived abroad most of her adult life, she has a deep knowledge of the multi-cultural and multi-lingual challenges faced by her clients. Additionally, Sylvie is born and raised in France but speaks English and German fluently, which allows her to facilitate and negotiate in all 3 languages.
Before pursuing her passion in coaching and mediation Sylvie was the head of HR for a Fintech-start-up in Singapore, overseeing worldwide responsibility of the full spectrum of HR activities.
Sylvie holds a BA in European Business Management (France / Germany), Master of Science in Human resources Management (US)
