Background
Stephanie brings 18 years of professional experience across media, education, and the tech industries to her coaching practice. She combines her varied professional experience with her passion for personal development to create powerful and safe spaces for clients to explore their passions, purpose, and motivations in order to move through challenges and become the leaders and professionals they wish to be.
She is particularly adept at helping clients recognize their agency and ownership over their situations in order to continuously make their potential a reality.
A generalist with a passion for learning and growth, Stephanie has professional experience in various industries: From media and advertising, where she worked with clients like Citibank and Julia Gabriel, she moved into the education space and specialized in Gifted & Talent education and curriculum design. In the past 5 years, she has combined her skills from these various industries to help build out the Finance, People, and IT Operations functions in an American startup.
Stephanie holds a Masters in Philosophy, a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from National University of Singapore, a Graduate Certificate in Continued Educational Development and Gifted, Creative, and Talented Education from Purdue University, and a Diploma in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
