Ricardo has been coaching since 2017 and attained certification by the ICF in 2018. His coaching experience includes areas of life, career, communication, life/work balance, and introvertism.
A strong believer that “life happens for me, rather than to me”, Ricardo’s achievements include ‘Top Customer Success Manager Award for APAC & China, 2016’ and ‘Regional Customer Success Award: Act Like An Owner’. He co-authored the book “”BECAUSE I’M Introvert I TRIUMPH””, and was featured in “”The Change School”” video on living authentically.
Ricardo’s has a unique ability to bridge diverse cultures. This is a result of having grown up in Japan, and getting exposed to various cultures and people through his US military father. He pursued an education in the US, before moving to Singapore where he has lived and worked for more than a decade.
