Namita has 6 years of diverse experience in organizational consulting, competency mapping and interventions with the focus on assisting senior management, HR and L&D teams to help create a motivated and structured workforce. Her expertise includes creating and facilitating customized multi-team assessment centers, organizational development strategy, implementing change strategy, content development for leadership, and behavioral skills program.
