Mabel is passionate about working with people, helping them become better versions of themselves through the journey of self discovery, awareness and empowerment. She hopes to help others navigate through life journey with mindfulness and clarity to create impact and value for themselves and for others. She believes in the importance of trying, as the possibilities are endless.


Background

Mabel is a professional coach with more than 100 hours of coaching experience working with individuals from various countries. Through coaching, she has helped individuals work towards career growth and development, better relationships, and through life’s challenges with mindfulness and clarity. She has also helped managers become better leaders and team members to come together as high-performing teams.

As a HR partner with over 11 years of experience and a passion to help employees’ be at their best at and outside of work, Mabel brings with her a strong background working for diverse multinational organisations. She have developed and led regional initiatives relating to rewards & mobility, leadership development, employee engagement, culture and well-being. These initiatives have created an invaluable impact on organisations as well as improved the employees’ overall well-being.

Her experience and passion for working with people has led her to pursue coaching as a way to help others learn to grow and bring out their best in their lives. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Singapore Management University and has a keen interest in positive psychology.
