Before transitioning to this field, Lyn spent 14 years in commercial, marketing, and communication, and leadership roles across a wide range of industries. Lyn is not only an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator and ICF Associate Certified Coach with an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching but also holds a Masters in People & Organizational Development. Proficient in English and Chinese, she skillfully combines her extensive training with creativity and genuine engagement, making every interaction meaningful and impactful.
