Background
Lesz is an Executive Coach focusing on leadership development and effectiveness, and career management. With over 200 coaching hours in the corporate sector, Lesz applies both stakeholder feedback and discovery of self-limiting behaviours and beliefs to enable his clients to build new perspectives for development, understand and address selflimitations, and to gauge the impact and effectiveness of growth actions.
Some notable outcomes from clients include greater emotional control, better working relationships, improved team performance and communication, and higher mutual trust which enabled major decisions made to increase market impact.
Lesz founded his own Executive Coaching and Consultancy practice in 2019 which focuses on enabling individuals and organisations to build capabilities and insights to improve effectiveness and impact. His consulting practice, blending approaches applied in coaching, works through a collaboration methodology, supported by AI-software, to enable organisations and teams to achieve stakeholder alignment around solutions to shared subjects, such as strategies, complex problems, critical decisions and new business opportunities, for fast, time efficient and data driven decision making.
Prior to founding his own practice, Lesz had a 30 year corporate HR career with a number of global MNCs. He held corporate, regional and BU HR leadership roles covering mature and emerging markets. He has deep knowledge of organisation design & development, talent & leadership development and change management including post-M&A integration.
