Jim’s believes that the vast majority of leaders know the answers, they just need someone to ask the right questions. He is particularly adept at helping leaders get to the root cause of an issue.

Jim Livingstone is an executive educator and coach who specialises in helping individual contributors make the challenging and daunting transition into a leadership role. For over a decade Jim has been working with leaders around the world to develop positive and sustainable leadership behaviours. To date, he has developed over 2,000 leaders and 1,000 sales leaders, designed and deployed over 100 Assessment Centres & Leadership Development Programs, and consulted to numerous organisations on Leadership Development & Talent Management.

Prior to becoming an executive educator and coach, Jim had a 20-year career in the media industry, in which he launched a variety of highly successful multi-media platforms. He held numerous senior management roles throughout this time and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge across a variety of industries.

Born in Perth, Western Australia, Jim has lived and worked in various countries around the world and has called Singapore home for the past 20 years.
