Background

Jess has coached clients in the areas of personal effectiveness, selfacceptance, confidence building, motivation, career, and relationships.

Jess is currently a Senior Organisation Development Consultant. Before that she was regional Talent Development Lead in an international IT Consultancy Company. She has a diverse corporate experience working with MNC, SME, as well as government- linked organizations across industries including Finance & Insurances, Manufacturing, Transportation and IT.

As a HR professional who focuses on talent development, she is not only good at addressing the competency/awareness gap, but also discovering the strengths & talents of individuals. Her expertise lies in leadership development, change and diversity management. As an in-house trainer on leadership & personal / team effectiveness, these areas are also her forte. Jess holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR and Organisational Development & Change from Singapore Human Resource Institute Academy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & System Engineering from National University of Singapore.
