Coaching Philosophy

Jeffrey combines powerful questions with his intuition that guide his clients to address the heart of the matter. He is known for picking up what is often unsaid in conversations. This enables his clients to gain insight into their being and focus their potential into actionable steps to lead conscious, empowered and authentic lives.

Background

Jeffrey enjoys the thrill of adventures & exploring the unknown. Whether relocating internationally for his career, a relationship, or simply to try something new, his journey across 6 countries became his playground for change. This gave Jeffrey enriching opportunities to reinvent himself, build his resilience by navigating (many!) uncertainties and understand why we act & behave in different ways. These experiences with change enable him to connect easily with his clients, as they forge new identities and breakthroughs in their journey.

Driven by the power of experimenting & reinventing narratives, Jeffrey draws the most energy facilitating transformations in organizations and individuals. He has built his professional experience in People Operations, HR Strategy and Organizational & Leadership Development across various industries, where he has worked in leading organizations such as Siemens, Allianz and IKEA in Asia and Europe.

Jeffrey has co-authored a book in German on the psychology of values [Psychologie der Werte], and serves as a volunteer mentor for young adults in the Eurasian Association in Singapore. He has a Master of Science in Organizational and Social Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich, Germany.
