Coaching philosophy

Jeffrey combines powerful questions with his intuition that guide his clients to address the heart of the matter. He is known for picking up what is often unsaid in conversations. This enables his clients to gain insight into their being and focus their potential into actionable steps to lead conscious, empowered and authentic lives.

Background

Jeffrey is part of a global pool of coaches at the workplace, where he helps employees through their breakthroughs.

He has always been driven by a sense of adventure, exploring the unknown and taking risks. After living in five countries across Asia and Europe with his roots based in Singapore, Jeffrey learnt that each step he took abroad was also a step he took within.

The hits and misses in his journey have helped him discover an immense joy in helping others navigate change and realize positive transformation in their own lives. It has since become his northern star.

Jeffrey is a passionate instructional designer who delivers creative solutions that aim to create an inclusive culture and upskill employees to help them navigate ambiguity better. He has worked in leading organizations such as Microsoft, Siemens, Allianz and IKEA.

He has co-authored a book in German on the psychology of values [Psychologie der Werte], and serves as a volunteer mentor for young adults in the Eurasian Association in Singapore. Jeffrey has a Master of Science in Organizational and Social Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich.
