“When you authentically align your inner and outer worlds, not only will you set yourself free, you will also live out your true potential as a gift to the world.”
Enabling others excites Grace. She partners with her clients to gain clarity, direction, and create powerful changes in their professional and personal lives. These include creating a sustainable high performing mindset, transitioning from an individual contributor to a manager, finding a congruent job, starting a business, and developing an authentic sense of self.
Wanting to connect people globally, Grace started her career with Changi Airport Group (CAG). Her experiences include leasing and managing retail outlets, project-managing the development of Jewel, and strategising and analysing $2B of annual revenues. While she excelled at her various roles, Grace wondered how life could be different. During a year-long sabbatical, she experienced coaching which transformed her relationships with self and family. These formed the bedrock which supported her tumultuous but successful transition from an employee to a business owner.
Combining her flair for analytics and a belief that learning technical skills should be much more fun than watching paint dry, Grace founded Lightdotlab, specialising in highly engaging, personable, and effective Power BI trainings. She has trained more than 500 participants from firms such as CAG, CMA CGM, UOB, Shell, Puma and Royal Automobile Club of Western Australia.
Coaching enabled Grace to uncover and follow her inner compass to lead an authentic, congruent, and contented life. She now works with others to invest time and space for the exploration, discovery, and experimentation necessary to achieve the same for themselves.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) (with highest distinction) with a second major in Operations Management from Singapore Management University (SMU). She was also a Changi Airport Group scholar.
