With his multicultural background, Franck has continuously immersed himself into both French and African cultures. Over the past 25 years, he has worked and lived across three continents, in search of the best of all possible worlds. In the process, he grown a mindset of curiosity and openness with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at the core of his personal DNA.

Franck is an effective Change Catalyst who has always been passionate about creating authentic human connections throughout his career, as a recruiting leader, and as a professional coach.

Being a recruiting leader, he develops young talent to become more resilient in an ever-changing environment, as well as building for global MNCs, more diverse and inclusive leadership teams for the future. Being a professional coach, he is best known for empowering clients to become ‘the best version of themselves’, to be able to live up to their full potential.

Franck is Singaporean at heart, and a sport enthusiast who likes to take on extreme challenges from long distance running, to shark diving, or high-altitude trekking. In recent years, he has been actively practicing mindfulness in everyday life to enhance self-awareness and increase happiness.

Franck holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from University Paris-Est Créteil (France).
