Emma brings 500 hours of executive and life coaching experience. Over the last few year , she found her niche with high-potential leaders & highly driven professionals. Her passion is to accelerate career progression, empowering clients to harness their authentic leadership style. Ultimately shaping a generation of leaders she would want to work with or for.

Her area of expertise is learning agility, growth mindset, fostering trust to support companies’ cultural shift, inclusion and diversity agenda as well as digital transformation.

Emma is a senior leader with over 15 years experience in management experience including large team leadership and P&L responsibilities in matrix organisations. She possesses strong cross-cultural fluency having worked in the US, Europe and Asia as well as cross-functional experience with assignment in R&D, Quality, Marketing, Sales. She is recently promoted as HR director where her passion for coaching and career meet to shape the company culture and mindset.

Learning and new challenges has been the only constant in Emma’s career as she is a passionate and agile learner who loves to co-create with team members. She holds a Masters degree in Chemical engineering from Bordeaux Graduate school and a Masters in Strategy and International Business from ESSEC business school.
