Background

Emily brings with her over 20 years of leadership experience managing different teams in multi-cultural, diverse organizations. She specializes in coaching for high performance at work enabling growth mindset and a strong advocate in developing impactful learning & development programs for the organization. Clients engage Emily to help them gain clarity how to overcome roadblocks, re-discover purpose, and develop their future roadmap.

Emily is an experienced supply chain leader across different business categories and market responsibilities in Asia-Pacific. She has spent most of her career in FMCG in various supply chain leadership roles, managing different teams. Emily is best known for being value-driven and for her passion in developing future leaders in the organization.

Emily holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Ateneo de Davao University (Philippines) and a Masters in Business Administration from De LaSalle University (Philippines). Emily recently completed a company sponsored 8- mos Leadership Development Program with IMD Business School (Switzerland).
