Coaching Philosophy
Desiree has witnessed first hand the transformation that coaching can bring. More than 18 years ago, coaching sparked a change in her to become a better leader, find her soulmate and become her best self. Now, it’s her life’s work to help her clients find what sparks their joy, so they can lead the fulfilling lives they deserve.
Background
Desiree has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the public and private sector, spanning strategy development, external relations and stakeholder engagement. Culturally versatile, she has lived and worked in 7 countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the US.
She currently works in Deep Tech while pursuing her passion for coaching. She’s worked with high-flyers and established leaders to successfully transition into more senior roles, sharpen their leadership skills, and step into their most authentic selves.
Desiree brings a unique warmth and dynamism to her coaching that helps her clients to unlock their greatness within, enabling them to achieve their business and personal goals.
In her free time, Desiree loves to cook and travel whenever she can with her two children in tow.
Desiree holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Publishing from Oxford Brookes University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Gloucester.
