A lifelong learner and people developer, Aileen is passionate to help others recognize their capabilities and experiences to reframe their career motivation to bring our the best version of themselves, at work and in their personal life.

Background

Aileen is a Talent Management and Leadership Development specialist. She has more than 30 years experience predominantly in multi-national companies across various industries. Leveraging on her wealth of HR and business experiences she support business leaders to streamline and improve their business processes, align their people and performance strategies to engage employees and drive business growth ambitions. Her clients are from various industries and come from multi cultural backgrounds across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe counties.

Aileen has designed and facilitated numerous creative and impactful leadership development programs that develop the head, heart and guts of participating leaders. Her leadership development program design won the Silver Award at the Singapore HR Excellence 2018 Award under the Leadership Development category.

Aileen was an Adjunct Lecturer in 2012, teaching Organisation Behaviour, a core module for many undergraduate degree programs at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She serves as a volunteer mentor with MentorsHub, a social mentorship initiative providing a platform for high quality and authenticity pro bono mentorship to undergrads who do not have ready consultative resources at home. We support our mentees with their career aspiration and personal issues.

Aileen holds a Master of Arts in Education (Human Resource Development) from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
